Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Shipping and returns
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Digital products and mentorship program enrollments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
Mentorship programs
Mentorship cohorts are offered on a best-effort basis by volunteer and paid mentors. We do not guarantee specific career, financial, or personal outcomes from participation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is owned by Rise Collective or our partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Rise Collective is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
